What to Expect
Everything you need to know about your TagSmart delivery.
Confirmation Email
As soon as your order is placed you'll receive a confirmation email with your order number
(starting with TS-). Check your spam folder if you don't see it within a few minutes.
Processing Time
Orders are packed and dispatched within 1–2 business days of payment being confirmed.
You'll receive a shipping notification with a courier tracking link once it's on its way.
Delivery to Your Door
Standard delivery takes 3–5 business days to all 9 provinces across South Africa.
Remote areas may take an extra 1–2 days. We deliver Monday to Friday.
Courier Tracking
We ship every order with Courier Guy. Once dispatched you'll receive a tracking number via email
— use it directly on the Courier Guy tracking page for real-time GPS updates on your parcel's exact location.
Missed Delivery?
If you miss the courier, they'll leave a card and attempt re-delivery the next business day.
After two failed attempts the parcel is held at a nearby depot for 5 days before being returned.
